We took the Andalusian tradition of the tapa and joined it with the richness of one of the oldest cuisines in the world. At Alebrijes food is never just food: it is memory, identity and community. That is why maize sits at the centre of everything we do… because before we were cooks, we were Children of the Maize.

At the entrance
